My approach is grounded in the belief that people will do well when they can. The first step is getting to know you through the lens of empathy. It's my job to ask questions and work hard to get a sense of your experience, what it's like to stand in your shoes. Solutions and strategies are how we make the change. However, it can feel daunting and easier to just avoid. Accountability makes change. In my practice accountability means that you always have someone in your corner cheering you on, helping you identify small incremental actions and gently pushing you to follow through and create the change you are looking for.

I have worked extensively with children and adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, school issues, family conflict, Autism, women's issues, healthy lifestyle and more. My practice is collaborative and individualized. We will work together to identify what's working, what's not and new ways to support the life you want.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, relationship issues or general overwhelm, I am here to work alongside you. It is not easy to ask for support, but it is a brave first step toward creating a life you want. Together, we will get you on the path to hope and healing.
